Turn off Antialiasing and set the low level of texture filtering in the game settings. Also to solve the problem you can try to disable style Aero Glass. Do not use alt + tab while in game. Then check pb screenshots.

If all pb screenshots is ok (no black), generate new cd-key in game registry. This should help
